Sense of Roundness and Joy
Exploration
The third Gen of Moai router, we softened the sharp lines of the Moai statue, shortened the nose, and raised the mouth with added curves to create a more approachable look. This makes the design feel less rigid in a home environment, while simplifying the design elements from previous generations.

Detail Design
To highlight the Moai's distinctive body outline, we removed the complex design elements from previous generations, simplifying the venting holes for a cleaner look. With careful attention to detail, we worked closely with the engineering team to minimize the venting hole area, optimize the compact dimensions, and reduce the number of plastic parts, refining the design to perfection.
The vent gradually narrows towards the edge, visually blending the product and the vent naturally.
Pursue the smooth transition effect of curved surfaces and achieve G2 continuity.

Detail Design
To create a feeling of satisfaction and contentment, we tried out different positions, proportions, mouth shapes, and corners, and finally chose designs that capture both a smile and a sense of satisfaction.
Speckled
Effect Texture
PCR Material
Inspired by stone, including basalt and cobblestone, the design incorporates speckled recycled plastic. This material not only mimics the texture of the stone but also enhances its refinement, achieving a harmonious balance between aesthetics and sustainability.
Basalt Black
Born from volcanic activity, it’s super heat-resistant. Its subtle, natural texture is layered with speckles and different shades, It’s a good fit for the image of the AI Router.
Pebble Gray
Pebble comes in rich colors like gray, black, white, and green, each with unique textures. Their smooth, rounded shape symbolizes nature’s power and time’s touch, bringing a sense of calm and harmony. This mirrors the AI router’s image, showcasing resilience and lasting beauty, like pebbles shaped by time.
