Joel Chang is an industrial designer focused on clarity, crafted form, and products that genuinely serve people. He began his career at Gemtek, where he helped rebuild the company’s product design language and delivered production-ready products for global telecom partners. He later joined the defense technology industry, designing drones and optical devices that balance aesthetics, engineering logic, and reliable manufacturing.
His work is built on close collaboration with designers, engineers, stakeholders, and suppliers. By aligning user needs, business goals, and production constraints early in the process, he turns complex requirements into clear, memorable, and manufacturable product solutions.
